HOW TO PAY
You are kindly requested to pay a deposit due upon the booking confirmation. Balance on arrival or the total amount due in advance. For Last minute bookings, if accepted, full payment on arrival. Long stays with forfetised rates are subjet to special payment conditions as one month advanced payment. Sorry no credit cards accepted.
For booking requests please fill the form herewith. Please give us the most of infomation about your needs as we can check for the most suitable accommodation in addition to your selected property.
We will check for availability and send you a confirmation or an option with an expiring date. Normally we do not accept and confirm booking on telephone. Only written requests.

B&B – private in family homes, breakfast included
SHORT LETS – self-contained studios, flat or houses with fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. Rentals from 1 night to 1 month – long stays on request
FARMHOUSES – B&B or self-contained facilities inside
HISTORIC HOUSES – Old and charming houses providing accommodation on B&B basis or rentals
SMALL FAMILY RUN HOTELS – all hotel facilities, more rooms with warm welcome.
Knowing what to expect is vital when choosing an accommodation to stay in. So we tried to grade our homes for quality including high standards of service, general decor, furnishing, fitting and level of hospitality. For us the last one is the most important aspect and our basic rating always includes a warm welcome for all visitors.
The following classification can not considerate all the shades between classes or special situations but as you can see we begin from a high level score.
- Comfort. Comfortable guestrooms, bathroom shared with the innkeepers or other guests. Good services. Comfortable apartment.
- High Quality. A well furnished guestroom with private bathroom. Many service facilities.
A great value apartment.
– De Luxe. A very special accommodation. The house is a historic or special value building, private bathroom if possible. Deluxe apartment. The maximum of comfort, welcome and Hospitality.

In order to guarantee the quality of our offer all accommodation has been inspected by Friendly Home staff that also provides for periodical controls of the houses and of the services.
Price
Prices have been supplied by establishments themselves and they are even different among the same class. It is essential however to check prices and other details when making reservations.
For Bed & Breakfast establishments, hotels and farmhouses rates are per room per night and can include continental breakfast.
Prices for self-catering establishments are per unit per night/week. All inclusive of Vat taxes.
